A wood gasification boiler is designed to burn wood using the gas generation principle and the use of a draft fan that pumps combustion products out of the boiler, or the use of a suction fan that pumps air into the boiler.
Boiler bodies are made of welded construction of high-quality plate steel 3-8 mm thick. The heating boiler consists of two chambers installed one above the other, where the upper one serves as a reservoir for fuel, while the lower part is equipped with a heat-resistant stub opening, where combustion products and gases are discharged.
The upper part of the channel, intended for combustion products, is equipped with a discharge pipe designed to be connected to the flue.
The boiler consists of two chambers, one above the other. The upper chamber is designed for fuel, the lower chamber is for combustion and the ash compartment is located there. Between the two chambers is a nozzle for complete gasification and combustion of wood.
Advantages of ATMOS wood gasification boilers:
- Ability to burn large pieces of wood;
- Large fuel tank - long burning time;
- High COP - 81 - 90%, depending on the type - primary and secondary air is preheated to a high temperature;
- Ecological combustion - the boiler belongs to class 3 according to CSN EN 303-5;
- Exhaust fan - ensures the extraction of fine ash, prevents smoke from escaping into the boiler house;
- Cooling circuit to prevent overheating - eliminates the risk of boiler damage;
- Automatic boiler shutdown after fuel burns out - flue gas thermostat;
- Convenient ash collection - there is a large ceramic combustion chamber for ash (when burning wood - it must be removed once a week, for coal - once a day);
- Boiler without tube sheet - easier cleaning;
- Small size and light weight;
- High quality.
